I am currently in a Facebook group call Motivate You and the founder, David Didier, recently challenged us to put the scale away for 30 days. I don’t usually weigh myself so this challenge is not much of a problem for me, but I thought it would be fun to join in.
Today is the first day, and my first weigh-in. I also measured key areas of my body.
My next weigh-in will be on the 15th day marker. So let’s see if there’s gonna be any changes. =D
