I found this green smoothie recipe online and I decided to try it. The original recipe only needs half an avocado but I hate having to put another half avocado aside so I decided to double all the ingredients.
3 Cups Apple Juice
1 Ripe Avocado
1 Cup Stemmed and Chopped Spinach
1 Cup Stemmed and Chopped Kale
1 Green Apple Unpeeled and Corked (Cut into small pieces)
Place all dry ingredients into a blender and add the apple juice little by little. Blend until smooth.
I did mine last night an it was enough to fill up 2 500ml bottles. Enjoys!
